Tooth Knocked Out
Having a child's front tooth knocked out can be a parent's nightmare.
If this happens follow the instructions below. See the dentist immediately.
REMEMBER
- More than 1 in 10 children suffer from injuries to their front teeth.
- Most teeth replaced within 15 to 30 minutes become re-attached and function normally.
- A properly fitting mouthguard will prevent injuries to teeth and also reduce the number of face and neck injuries.
- Copy a Dental Emergency number from your telephone book.
